The week ahead:
Mon- 6:30 AM - 4 miles
Tues- 7 AM- Weights/Srength, Teach Zumba 8-9 PM
Weds- 6:30 AM - 4 miles, 10:30 AM - teach Zumba, hopefully swim today too!
Thurs- 7 AM - Weights/Strength, Teach 8-9PM
Fri- 6:30 AM - 3 miles
Sat- 6 mile run -( not sure what time) Merri/Lily what are you doing Sat. Morning?... and then maybe Zumba 9:30 AM , we'll see how I feel after the run.
