Mon.- 6:30 AM - 5 miles
Tues.- Gym 7 AM- weights/abs, Teach Zumba 8-9
Weds.- 7 AM- 5 miles, Teach Zumba 10:30-11:30, Swim w/ kiddos
Thurs.- Gym 7 AM - Weights/Abs, Teach Zumba 8-9 PM
Fri.- 5 AM - 7 Miles
Sat.- Zumba 9:30 AM - I think I'm going to run to the gym and back. (5 miles) |
