I went to Zumba this morning at the Gym - so fun! I also ran a mile after that because I was supposed to do 16 miles this week and I'd only done 15 so I just couldn't stand it - so there ya go now I can say I reached my miles for the week. I lifted upper body too and did some reverse crunches. When I got home and told Moses what I had done - he said "thats all!", ha ha Mr. Funny guy.
Tomorrow is the bless-ed day of rest and i need it. |
