Boy did it feel good sleeping in this morning until 8:00!! Its been a very active week and my body is feeling it - but i love it!
Here's my plans for the week ahead:
Monday-- Run 5:00 AM - 3.5 miles
Tuesday-- Gym 7:00 AM - Weights/Abs, 10:30 AM- Zumba at Golds, 8-9 PM- Teach
Wednesday-- Run 7:00 AM - 5 miles, 10:30 AM - Teach - Zumba kids
Thursday-- Gym AM - Weights/Abs, 8-9 PM Teach Zumba
Friday-- Run 5:00 AM - 8 miles
Saturday-- 9:30 AM Zumba Party @ Golds!
Sunday-- REST!!!
And BTW- HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL YA DADDY'S!!!!
