Personal:

I've always been more a dancer than a Runner, but i've ALWAYS been into working out and staying active. I ran the 1 mile in track in Highschool ( i think my fastes mile was right around 7 mins.) but never in my life have I ran longer than one mile until 2009. I am a Zumba instructor and I run in the Spring/Summer. I love running but I do not enjoy running on the TM or outside in the cold, so I guess you could say I'm a Fair weather runner.

I am Happily Married to my hottie husband Moses and have 5 cutie kiddos - Moses Jr. (15), Andre (11), Dallas (10), Rhoman (7) and Scotlyn (3) -

Ran with Merri 3.6 miles. I think it was like a 8:14 avg pace.

Merri was talking about lions and tigers and bears.... oh my!

And... she was trying to break my ankles I think...cuz she took me on this part of the trail that was under construction... she dosen't want me as competition in the Speedy Spaniard... she's gonna pull a Tawnya Harding on me! I've got you figured out Merri....

Oh yeah Burt we know all about the 4o-5o yr old Cougars here in Spanish Fork, but they don't roam around the woods- they stalk their pray right in the Local Golds Gym! Ha!
