Long-Term Running Goals: Keep on Running and staying fit always. Our bodies were made to MOVE!!!! Personal: I've always been more a dancer than a Runner, but i've ALWAYS been into working out and staying active. I ran the 1 mile in track in Highschool ( i think my fastes mile was right around 7 mins.) but never in my life have I ran longer than one mile until 2009. I am a Zumba instructor and I run in the Spring/Summer. I love running but I do not enjoy running on the TM or outside in the cold, so I guess you could say I'm a Fair weather runner.

Did strength stuffs this morn at home and then I taught my Zumba-ness at H-N-S tonight. I like this color scheme -- kinda looks like sunshine uioldghncnc,bnalksfjhgjgbmz,vb - wing dings is weird! I don't get it!Bunch of crazy symbols.

I RAN!!! First time since January. It felt good! 2 miles in 19 mins. I started out slow and then kicked it up as I went along. By the end I was at an 8 min pace. Then I lifted a little. Tonight I'll be teaching Zumba at Elavate. | Comments(3) |

Subbed for Tiffini at Golds this morning at 9. It was a Turbo/Zumba class - so Jen did the turbo part for the first half then I did the Zumba for the second half. This was my 3rd Zumba class in less than 24 hours, and yes my body is feeling it! | Add Comment |

I went to BBB studio at 7 AM this morning - we had another S.W.E.A.T. practice. Then after that I went to the gym and lifted a little and then ran 3 miles.
It has been a Very Active week for me -- I taught 7 Zumba classes this week, ran, and lifted weights, plus the Michael Banks workout. I'm really ready to rest today - I'm worn out and stiff - but I love it! | Comments(6) |
