Long-Term Running Goals: Keep on Running and staying fit always. Our bodies were made to MOVE!!!! Personal: I've always been more a dancer than a Runner, but i've ALWAYS been into working out and staying active. I ran the 1 mile in track in Highschool ( i think my fastes mile was right around 7 mins.) but never in my life have I ran longer than one mile until 2009. I am a Zumba instructor and I run in the Spring/Summer. I love running but I do not enjoy running on the TM or outside in the cold, so I guess you could say I'm a Fair weather runner.

| | Hit up the gym and ran and lifted. Then went lunch at Magelbys with my mom, grandma and sisters for my B-day! Colored easter eggs. Listened to conference, Fun day!

| | I was going to go and run at the gym this morning but now I just can't do it. Scottie woke me up at around 5 AM b/c she had peed the bed, I didn't go to bed until about midnight, and I have to get Dallas to an Appt by 9 this morning, then I have an appt at 11 to look at my hernia. Busy morning. I'll be teaching Zumba tonight 8-9 at Elevate.

Went to the gym and lifted and then ran for a little, I wanted to run longer but I was late this morning b/c Scottie threw up, so I was cleaning her and the bed up and all that jazz. And while I was running I was so hungry -- All I could think about was eating breakfast and my stomach was growling so bad. Tonight is the Sweaty Chix Summer Fitness Kick-off at Omega so I had to get a sub for my Elevate class so I could go to it, I was kind of bummed b/c I really love my Weds night class, but this thing at Omega will be cool too, I'm excited to be joining forces with Sweaty Chix Fitness! *UPDATE-- I just registered for the Provo city 5K on May 1st. I'm super Excited - first race of the season!!! (hopefully my hernia surgery won't set me back too much so that I can go with the other races I have planned,,,,, Marathon may be out this year -- hmmm we'll see how things go.

| | Wowzers I am already so sore and going for the 3 Zumba classes today. On Tuesday I taught 2 classes where we did this side to side oblique crunch for almost 3 mins straight - I am so feeling that. Omega Sweaty chix was fun this morning and now its almost time for the Golds ladies and then I'll go and work the Heart-n-Soul ladies out -- I love my job! How lucky am I!

| | We had a SWEAT practice this morning 7-8:30 and Body by Banks. I woke up right at 7, my alarm did not go off, I think I set it for PM, So I rushed quick and got there by 7:30. It was a good workout - very intense. Then I met Lily in Provo and we went for a run outside, it felt so good to run outside -- I love it!!! (3.5 miles in 25.06. -- Our 3.1 was in 22.30)

I did some push-up at home this morning and I kind of messed my shoulder up more. Uh oh!
