I went to BBB studio at 7 AM this morning - we had another S.W.E.A.T. practice. Then after that I went to the gym and lifted a little and then ran 3 miles.
It has been a Very Active week for me -- I taught 7 Zumba classes this week, ran, and lifted weights, plus the Michael Banks workout. I'm really ready to rest today - I'm worn out and stiff - but I love it! |
