Personal:

I've always been more a dancer than a Runner, but i've ALWAYS been into working out and staying active. I ran the 1 mile in track in Highschool ( i think my fastes mile was right around 7 mins.) but never in my life have I ran longer than one mile until 2009. I am a Zumba instructor and I run in the Spring/Summer. I love running but I do not enjoy running on the TM or outside in the cold, so I guess you could say I'm a Fair weather runner.

I am Happily Married to my hottie husband Moses and have 5 cutie kiddos - Moses Jr. (15), Andre (11), Dallas (10), Rhoman (7) and Scotlyn (3) -

Ran the Speedy Spaniard 10K today in 44:04 (7:05 min mile). My goal was 46 mins, so I am very pleased with my time today! It felt great! I love running! All my peeps did so good to! CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE!!!!!!

I ran home after the race so thats what got me my 7 miles today.

Now off for a fun filled day of Family, Friends, Food, Fun! I love the 24th o' July.
