Personal:
I've always been more a dancer than a Runner, but i've ALWAYS been into working out and staying active. I ran the 1 mile in track in Highschool ( i think my fastes mile was right around 7 mins.) but never in my life have I ran longer than one mile until 2009. I am a Zumba instructor and I run in the Spring/Summer. I love running but I do not enjoy running on the TM or outside in the cold, so I guess you could say I'm a Fair weather runner.
I am Happily Married to my hottie husband Moses and have 5 cutie kiddos - Moses Jr. (15), Andre (11), Dallas (10), Rhoman (7) and Scotlyn (3) -
Merri Merri and I ran this lovely morning! A bit chilly at first but we warmed right up.
I would really love to know what all the crazy construction is going on around the trail??? Piles and piles of soil.... Merri says its where they keep all the dead bodies... ha ha ha Merri you crack me up girl!

it's the bodies of runners they catch trespassing on their construction site. I called the city and asked and that's what they told me.
