I was getting on myself for not running 8 miles on Saturday.. But then I looked at the training schedule that I'm on (to get ready for the 1/2)... and... I'm ahead for where I shoud be right now... so then I felt better. I'm going to stay on that training schedule now, so I don't injure or overwhelm myself.
Here's my plans for the week ahead for my workouts:
Monday-- Run 5 AM - 4 miles
Tuesday-- Gym 7 AM - Weights & Abs, PM- Teach Zumba 8-9
Wednesday-- Run 7 AM - 4 miles, Teach Zumba 10:30 AM
Thursday-- Gym 6 AM - Weights & Abs, PM- Zumba 6-7:30 in SLC w/ Beto!!!
Friday-- Run 5 AM- 7 miles
Saturday-- 8 AM - Teaching Zumba @ Throwdown w/ Michael Banks
Sunday-- Day of rest (of course) ... if you can really call it that... sometimes I feel like I've ran a marathon, after church with my kids ;) |
