I only worked out twice this week -- I'm taking it easy intentionally because I know come January its about to get CrAzY! I'm going to be teaching more Zumba classes, and I'm going to be working with Michael Banks, I auditioned to be in his workout DVD, and I made it in, along with 10 others, we are the S.W.E.A.T team. I was so surprised, Really! I didn't think I had a chance! So we'll be working on that and then shooting the DVD in February. He is crazy intense, so I know i'm in for some great workouts.
Fitness Goals for 2010 -
- I want to run a Marathon! Yes I will do it!!!
- I want to learn to ballroom dance with my husband!
- Get tighter, leaner, better, more fit.
- Run some more races in the Summer and hopefully get faster. |
