I'm really frustrated right now because my knee is really hurting. I think I did something to it last night at Zumba. I'm hoping this is NOT going to effect my 1/2 tomorrow.
WHAT GREAT TIMING! WHY??? WHY TODAY???
UPDATE: Knee is feeling a lot better now. I put some muscle rub on it and the more I walk around and move on it its feeling better. It hurt last night before I went to bed and then when I tried to put weight on it this morning it really hurt - I was limping around all morning long. Pain is still there but it seems like its getting better. I think I'll ice it tonight. |
