Goals for the week:
Mon - 6:30 AM- 5 miles or more (see what Merri is doing)
Tues - Gym AM - Weigths/Abs, Teach 8-9
Weds - 7:00 AM - 5 miles or more
Thurs - 5:30 AM - 5 miles or more
We are leaving Thurs. morning to go camping at Duck Creek for the weekend, we're coming back Sunday (Sorry Merri I won't be there to help with the Nursery kiddos). I'm going to try and run while we're up there - I'm hoping I can get in 4-6 miles. (We'll see!) I'm so excited for this Weekend, We've been going to Duck Creek every Summer since I was about 5 years old. |
