Personal:

I've always been more a dancer than a Runner, but i've ALWAYS been into working out and staying active. I ran the 1 mile in track in Highschool ( i think my fastes mile was right around 7 mins.) but never in my life have I ran longer than one mile until 2009. I am a Zumba instructor and I run in the Spring/Summer. I love running but I do not enjoy running on the TM or outside in the cold, so I guess you could say I'm a Fair weather runner.

I am Happily Married to my hottie husband Moses and have 5 cutie kiddos - Moses Jr. (15), Andre (11), Dallas (10), Rhoman (7) and Scotlyn (3) -

8 miles this morning in 1 hour 4 mins. Exactly a 8 min pace. ( so Merri says! It felt much slower this morning. My legs just didn't want to move!)

Wow its been quite the past 12 hours - I taught Zumba last night 8-9 pm. Got up at 6:00 and ran 8 miles w/ Merri-Merri. And then I just did another Zumba/Turbo class at Golds from 9-10 this morning. I'm going to sleep good tonight!

I've got my sisters kids here for the day and they're staying over night. So 8 kids to entertain today. I'm thinking a trip to the park is in the near future - I need to get all of these kids out of the house! We are all going to the Spanish Fork/Salem game tonight. GO S.F. !!!!!
