Personal:
I've always been more a dancer than a Runner, but i've ALWAYS been into working out and staying active. I ran the 1 mile in track in Highschool ( i think my fastes mile was right around 7 mins.) but never in my life have I ran longer than one mile until 2009. I am a Zumba instructor and I run in the Spring/Summer. I love running but I do not enjoy running on the TM or outside in the cold, so I guess you could say I'm a Fair weather runner.
I am Happily Married to my hottie husband Moses and have 5 cutie kiddos - Moses Jr. (15), Andre (11), Dallas (10), Rhoman (7) and Scotlyn (3) -
I was at Zumba until 10 PM last night, and then when I tried to got to sleep I couldn't because I was so pumped with Adrenaline.... I was up til about 1:30 AM.... but I still got up and went running at 5 AM.... pretty proud of myself!!

Welcome to the blog. My sister goes to Zumba. Katie Shepherd, do you know her? It is nice have more runners from SF on here too. Good job on getting out of bed!

Lyns up till 1:30?!! I knew you said you went to bed later but I had no idea that late. I think I am going to go tomorrow morning with you guys too. Should be fun times!
