Personal:
I've always been more a dancer than a Runner, but i've ALWAYS been into working out and staying active. I ran the 1 mile in track in Highschool ( i think my fastes mile was right around 7 mins.) but never in my life have I ran longer than one mile until 2009. I am a Zumba instructor and I run in the Spring/Summer. I love running but I do not enjoy running on the TM or outside in the cold, so I guess you could say I'm a Fair weather runner.
I am Happily Married to my hottie husband Moses and have 5 cutie kiddos - Moses Jr. (15), Andre (11), Dallas (10), Rhoman (7) and Scotlyn (3) -
Double Zumba madness 4:30 at Golds and then 8:00 at HNS. We are leaving to California for the weekend tomorrow, just Moses and I. I'm so Excited!! Wonder if I'll get in any workouts when we're there? I'm taking my workout clothes just in case the hotel has an Aerobics room... pretty sure it does.

Well Lily I'm about to be Triple crazy... Next week I'll be teaching another 2 classes on Tuesday/Thursday's, making it 2 on Tuesdays, 3 on Thursdays!(7 classes total for the week) I know, I know...bring on the " Are you insane" comments, I can take it...
