Personal:
I've always been more a dancer than a Runner, but i've ALWAYS been into working out and staying active. I ran the 1 mile in track in Highschool ( i think my fastes mile was right around 7 mins.) but never in my life have I ran longer than one mile until 2009. I am a Zumba instructor and I run in the Spring/Summer. I love running but I do not enjoy running on the TM or outside in the cold, so I guess you could say I'm a Fair weather runner.
I am Happily Married to my hottie husband Moses and have 5 cutie kiddos - Moses Jr. (15), Andre (11), Dallas (10), Rhoman (7) and Scotlyn (3) -
Rhoman had a dentist appt this morn so I didn't got to the gym. But I'm so excited b/c I'm having a FREE ZUMBA PARTY tonight 8-9 at Heart-n-Soul!!! Its going to be fun!! You guys coming???

Well now that its Friday...
We go to Dr. Sorenson at Pediatric Dental Care here in town. He's really good, my kids love going there!
