Personal:
I've always been more a dancer than a Runner, but i've ALWAYS been into working out and staying active. I ran the 1 mile in track in Highschool ( i think my fastes mile was right around 7 mins.) but never in my life have I ran longer than one mile until 2009. I am a Zumba instructor and I run in the Spring/Summer. I love running but I do not enjoy running on the TM or outside in the cold, so I guess you could say I'm a Fair weather runner.
I am Happily Married to my hottie husband Moses and have 5 cutie kiddos - Moses Jr. (15), Andre (11), Dallas (10), Rhoman (7) and Scotlyn (3) -
Moses left for Kansas City yesterday. I don't like being single mother to 5, Its tough! He gets back Friday.
This morning I wanted to run/lift weights but Moses was gone :(
I'll be teaching Zumba tonight 8-9pm at Elevate, its always a fun class!!!

Yeah, it's hard when the hubby's leave. I got ur back. Let me know if you need something. If it's warm next week we should run outside whenever you can

Thanks Lily and yes we should take some runs next week, unless the weather keeps on being a be-otch.
