Personal:

I've always been more a dancer than a Runner, but i've ALWAYS been into working out and staying active. I ran the 1 mile in track in Highschool ( i think my fastes mile was right around 7 mins.) but never in my life have I ran longer than one mile until 2009. I am a Zumba instructor and I run in the Spring/Summer. I love running but I do not enjoy running on the TM or outside in the cold, so I guess you could say I'm a Fair weather runner.

I am Happily Married to my hottie husband Moses and have 5 cutie kiddos - Moses Jr. (15), Andre (11), Dallas (10), Rhoman (7) and Scotlyn (3) -

No sign of Miss Merri this morning - I admired her Halloween decor for a few mins and then I took off. I ran for 20 mins- so I'm calling it 2 miles, it was probably more like 2 1/2 but we'll say 2 to be safe. It was 33 degrees this morning - not to bad - I had gloves, pants, jacket, and a beanie on so the only really cold thing was my face. I wanted to run longer but running alone makes me nervous - especially in the dark.

I L♥ve my new shoes! what a difference a good pair of shoes make! I think my toenails are safe now.

Well - my next workout today will be teaching Zumba tonight at Central Utah Dance Academy in Moroni. I'm looking forward to that.

So Sorry LYnS!!!! Kamrie threw up 3 times last night. She wanted me to sleep w/ her. No clock in the guest bedroom where we were sleeping. I kept thinking I should get up to see what time it is, but no energy left from cleaning up her throw up. :( blah blah and bleh sorry!!! we need to buy face masks. then maybe no one would mess w/ us when we run and we wont need to be so scared. and 20 minutes? I would give you 2.5 miles for sure!

You're brave to run in the dark and cold. I am over that for now. Till March or April. Hopefully we can all run together again.

Seriously though. My wife is the festive one. And crazy when it comes to Halloween. Are house is so decked out in Halloween decorations. And not the cute little scarecrows and jack-o-lanterns. I'm talking severed heads, decaying corpses, 20 foot long witches hanging from the roof, skulls everywhere! I swear it looks like we're devil worshipers. Kind of embarrassing actually. "Oh, you're my new home teachers? Yeah, just look for the house with all the demons."
