Personal:
I've always been more a dancer than a Runner, but i've ALWAYS been into working out and staying active. I ran the 1 mile in track in Highschool ( i think my fastes mile was right around 7 mins.) but never in my life have I ran longer than one mile until 2009. I am a Zumba instructor and I run in the Spring/Summer. I love running but I do not enjoy running on the TM or outside in the cold, so I guess you could say I'm a Fair weather runner.
I am Happily Married to my hottie husband Moses and have 5 cutie kiddos - Moses Jr. (15), Andre (11), Dallas (10), Rhoman (7) and Scotlyn (3) -
Lifted this morning. Teaching Zumba tonight 6:45 with the young women in the ward, and then 8-9 Heart-n-Soul. ☺

I know I've been missing in action. :) I couldn't run yesterday b/c I slept in and Wes didn't get home until 8:30. So planning on 5 today and tomorrow and THURSDAY is finally the day I am buying this girl's gym contract. Oh it will be so nice to have a warm and cozy gym to work out in. I was going to bring some cookies over, but I wasn't sure who was all allergic to peanuts over there at your house??? would the allergic kids be ticked they can't eat the cookies??

When are you running Weds and Fri. You think it would be Ok to run outside on Friday?

Sweet some no bakes will be coming your way after school. :) Looks like it will be cold Wed & Fri. I would be willing to go in the morning if you wanted to join me. Or maybe after Wes got home from work. Or maybe Friday at the gym since I will finally have a membership again. What do you want to do?

If you want to run tomorrow morn. (if its not raining) I will.(6:30?) and then maybe I'll see ya Friday morn at the gym - I'll be there about 6:30 or 7:00.

Merri-Merri, I will see ya in the morn. all bundled up. Might be the last week of running outside - if your getting gym pass - maybe the weather will warm up - we shall see.
