Thurs.-- 7:00 AM Gym - weights/strength, Teach 8-9 PM
Fri. -- 6:30 AM - Speedy Spaniard 10K Race - woo hoo! (probably swim today too)
Sat. -- 9:30 AM Zumba - run to the gym and back (5 miles)
